Explanation:
Article IV Officers
Section 2. Election of Officers: The newly elected officers are to begin their terms at the start of the fiscal year.

This clarifies when officers take their positions.

Article VII Committees
Section 6. Membership Committee: Strike the word cardiopulmonary.

Section 13. TriNetwork Committee: In the year that Nebraska is host to TriNetwork, this committee will include the Immediate Past President and will have a total of four representatives.

This clarifies the committee composition when we host TriNetwork.
